Pramb is a decentralized insurance protocol that operates independently on the blockchain. We offer proprietary software and tools to facilitate user interactions, and it's important to understand that none of our licenses permit the use of our trademarks. Proper use of our trademarks is crucial to avoid misleading users about Pramb's involvement or endorsement of any product or service.
Acceptable Uses
You are allowed to:
Use the Pramb name in text to truthfully refer to or link to Pramb's official website or services.
Use the Pramb name to accurately describe how your product or service interacts with Pramb. For example, you may say "This service integrates with Pramb insurance" or "This tool helps you manage your Pramb policies."
Use the Pramb logo in software or aggregators that integrate with Pramb, provide you with true reference, and, if possible, link to the relevant Pramb service..
Use the Pramb name to indicate that there is no affiliation with or endorsement by Pramb.
How to Use Pramb's Trademark (When Allowed)
Include a trademark attribution notice at the first or most prominent mention of the mark.
Do not alter the Pramb logo except to resize it proportionally.
Always use the Pramb name as an adjective, not a noun or verb, and do not pluralize or use possessive forms.

Use the Pramb name or similar names in social media accounts to suggest affiliation with Pramb.
Third-Party Trademarks
Pramb does not control the actions of third-party developers who may create tokens or applications that interact with our protocol. If we become aware of potential trademark misuse, we will cooperate with trademark owners to address the issue.
